CNC Laser Etching & Laser Cutting

Laser cutting has established itself as the most cost-effective cutting technology for many applications. The combination of clean smooth edges, speed, extreme accuracy and high repeatability make laser cutting superior to other cutting technologies. The lack of tooling and minimal setup times also make it cost-effective for short runs and artwork. Our large, 50"x100" work table allows us to cut full sheet materials or small single-application projects.

Even though the process is a thermal cutting method, the heat-affected zone is typically small and easily managed. The tightly focused laser beam removes very little material, allowing for intricate cutting and close nesting of parts. The laser can cut profiles as well as etch your designs, images, or photos in 3D. Control over a large number of cut variables makes it possible to cut a wide variety of materials.

*Raster: Image data files in formats such as JPEG, TIFF, BMP or any other "pixel" format data files. Typically used for etching or 3D contour etching and "marking".
